Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from the USA. We carefully pack every order so your collectibles arrive protected and ready for your display or next grading submission.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship (within the US).

How do you package cards and collectibles?

We treat your order like it’s part of our own collection. Cards are placed in sleeves and toploaders or similar protection, then packed in bubble mailers or boxes with padding so they stay safe in transit.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source from trusted distributors, stores, and the collector community. We do not knowingly sell fake or altered products.

Do you accept returns?

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at thetoptoyz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
